What to send
Overload has no server and no account, so we cannot look anything up on our side. To reproduce what you saw, include:
- your app version (Settings, bottom of the screen) and your phone model;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- for a number you disagree with: the exercise, the load and reps you logged, and which feedback you tapped — Easy, Right, Hard or Failed;
- for a sentence Overload misread: the exact text you typed into the Say-it field;
- if you can, a JSON export (Settings → Export) — it contains no personal information.

What do I get without paying?
The engine itself, every day, forever: explore 10 exercises from the library, and run one exercise and one full set a day through the complete engine — today's number, the feedback tap, the reason sentence and the carry-over into next time. Swap with a reason within those 10, the plate calculator, the rest timer and its Live Activity, the small widget, Say-it's grammar layer and JSON export are all free too. No ads, no account, no time limit.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Overload Pro is a single one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. There is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. We may change the price for future buyers; that never revokes a purchase you already made.
I bought Pro and switched phones
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Restoring is free and works through the same store account you bought with. Purchases are per platform: buying on iOS does not unlock Pro on Android, and the reverse. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us — request them from Apple or Google.
Where is my data?
On your phone, and nowhere else. Every session, set, feedback tap, cycle, your gym profile, your settings and your purchase status live in a local database on the device. There is no account, no server and no cloud copy, which also means we cannot recover anything for you. See the privacy policy for the full detail.
How do I move my log to a new phone, or keep a copy?
Settings → Export writes a JSON file and asks you where to save it. That file is yours: put it in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or anywhere else you like. Export is free on every tier and is the only copy of your log that ever leaves the app.
How do I delete everything?
Delete the app. Everything is on the device, so that removes all of it (any export files you saved elsewhere are yours to delete). To have the anonymous analytics events tied to your install identifier deleted as well, email us from the device and include your app version.
